10 -11am  just £5 a session, pay as you go.

 

Pilates has a very wide-ranging variety of benefits including general strength, toning and flexibility, but it is also particulary beneficial for people who:

* want to improve core strength and alignment

* suffer from neck, shoulder or back pain

* want to rehabilitate injuries.

 

Experienced, fully qualified and friendly instructor, Adam, is here each week to take you gently through the exercises.
