The Star Inn is a seventeeth century family run freehouse.  East Tytherley, the smallest village in the Test Valley, is in an area celebrated for its beautiful woodland and chalk streams, and here in front of the village cricket green you will find us.

Our aim first and foremost is to be a village inn and we welcome everyone.  Quite simply we try to give a genuinely warm welcome to all whilst providing the best quality ales and food that we can. 

So for traditional country hospitality, delightful lunches and delicious evening meals, and bed and breakfast accommodation the Star Inn  is the ideal place.
